  Safe Way has a better food court than any other grocery in Whitefish in my opinion. has soup, and a good selection of hot food or deli , and salad.

  Very nice clean store. I enjoy the bake goods and the deli has a HUGE selection of items! Small sitting area to have a cup of coffee (Starbucks inside) or your lunch (hot food here too with a soup bar). The meat department has very nice already prepared meals (stuffed chicken, flank steak roll and more). The produce area is large with a good selection. The wait time to check out hasn't been too bad -- only around the holiday's. Nice wide isles and very bright lighting. One of my favorite stores in the Whitefish area!

  Used to love Safeway but lately, like last 6 months or so, it sucks. Items not stocked or they don't carry them anymore. 7:30 and you can't get a sandwich?? No one in the deli. Staff used to seem happy and welcoming, now just seem annoyed.
